"We had a cast iron pipe that developed a hole. When we called Lee’s we didn’t know what the problem was except to say we had water backing up out of the main drain. The response time was within a few hours of our calling, and the men were prompt. Super courteous. The men used a camera Guziak’s to scope out the drain. They showed us the camera’s screen and explained what we were seeing. This was so nice as they didn’t talk down to us and eagerly answered our questions. A temporary fix was made to drain the mess on the floor. One of the men sprayed disinfectant/cleaner on the floor and walls were the water had been. They came back three days later (it was a scheduled all-day job.) The repair included removing the damaged pipe from under the floor for which they used a jackhammer. It was an electric hammer and pretty quiet. It also didn’t take long to do. They removed the concrete chunks in pails. A new pipe was installed as well as a new laundry tub (the tub was at no cost to us). New concrete was installed in the hole. The men cleaned up everything. The entire job was professionally done. Lee’s plumbing now is our go-to plumber."
